Two new companies have been established and are now part of the CAREL Group:
CAREL ACR Systems India (Pvt) Ltd.
CAREL Controls South Africa (Pty) Ltd
CAREL Controls South Africa (Pty) Ltd. will continue the business of Eurocontrols - CAREL distributor since 1991 -in the South African HVAC/R market. The firm is headquartered in Johannesburg and serves the HVAC/R industry on a national basis. The Managing Director is Robert Stern, an experienced professional, to provide the best support for actual and new Customers, products and services.
CAREL Controls South Africa will benefit from the combination of CAREL's global knowledge and technology expertise and Eurocontrols business network and knowledge of local market and will be also well positioned to exploit the strong growth trends in the HVAC/R market of South Africa.
CAREL ACR Systems India (Pvt) Ltd. is headquartered in Mumbai and serves the HVAC/R industry on a national basis, which has the largest growth potential market next to China. CAREL India is managed by Mr S K Bose, a professional with over 20 years of experiences in the HVAC/R market, to provide the best support for Customers, products and services. CAREL believes the new companies create five key benefits: strong positioning in the HVAC/R control systems both in South Africa and in India, even more flexible and powerful products for the HVAC/R market in those Countries, global growth opportunities, dynamic workplace for employees and financial performance.
