It’s quality time!

It’s quality time!

‘It’s quality time!’ is the name of the first event entirely devoted to quality, targeting all the players who deal with this subject at CAREL’s various different sites. The meeting will last five days, each with a different growth focus, while at the same time keeping in mind the objectives of team building and creating a coherent workgroup of people from different continents. Significant attention will be paid to corporate guidelines and the updating of management systems and standards, including those relating to environmental and occupational health and safety aspects.

“CAREL’s seven plants all adopt the same processes, procedures and equipment to ensure that our products meet the same quality standards”, commented Fabio Boeri, Group Quality Manager. “This is why teamwork and sharing systems, processes and even communication styles are essential. Distance and different time zones make things hard, so meetings like the one this week represent a great opportunity to get to know one another and grow together”.

Quality permeates all of CAREL’s activities, and is expressed within the company’s strategy through the aspects of competencies, processes, customer care, continual improvement, innovation and seeking new opportunities. “Quality represents customers inside the company”, Boeri said in conclusion. “Our aim is to prevent risks by creating quality at the source and bringing continual improvement into everyday operations. I am convinced that this week of training will make a significant contribution to disseminating a culture of quality even more extensively”.
