The MBA by CUOA has concluded with a project work by CAREL
Today sees the conclusion of the International MBA, Master of Business Administration organised by CUOA with the active participation of CAREL. Under the coordination of Roberto Sandano, Business Unit Manager HVAC OEM, CAREL proposed students project work relating to the international HVAC market. The work focused on the specific features of the Chinese, American and Brazilian markets.
CAREL works in close collaboration with the CUOA Foundation, which for more than 50 years has been training the new managerial and business class. It is the foremost business school in north-east Italy, and one of the national leaders, offering the domestic and international markets products and educational courses that respond to the latest professional challenges and promote the development of new business models. CUOA's strength is its constant attention to the value of people, the role of national and international institutions, the ethical aspects of every economic action, and the importance of merit in the economy.
The MBA that CAREL was involved in covered all the subjects that affect corporate decisions and that businesspeople and management teams need to deal with on a daily basis. These include, for example, competitive analysis, strategic planning and business models, definition of marketing plans and sales and distribution policies.
