China Award to CAREL, Creators of Value
CAREL has won the "China Award" in the "Creators of Value" category, assigned to the Italian business that achieved best performance with China, operating in districts and sectors with high export growth.
The prize, awarded for the fourth time by the Italy China Foundation and the Milano Finanza newspaper, is open to both the Italian and Chinese companies that have best grasped the opportunities available in the corresponding markets, that is, China and Italy respectively. The objective of the China Awards, in fact, is to communicate the importance of international trade for Italian and Chinese businesses, highlighting the benefits deriving from flows of capital, people, ideas, goods and services between Italy and China.
The awards ceremony was held on 25 November in Milan, and was attended by the authoritative prize jury, presided by Cesare Romiti, Chairman of the Italy China Foundation and Paolo Panerai, Vice President and Managing Director of Class Editori, as well as various other personalities, including: the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Italy; the President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China; the Italian Ambassador in the People's Republic of China, the President of the Italian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the Deputy Chairman of the Italy China Foundation. Media partner for the event was the Class Editori group.
