Alessandro Catani appointed new Managing Director of Alfaco, CAREL company in Poland

In December 2025, Alessandro Catani was appointed Managing Director of Alfaco - CAREL Poland, Polish company of the Group.

Catani joins CAREL following extensive international experience in the financial and industrial sectors, gained across Italy and Poland. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, leading complex organisations and contributing to the development of major manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining CAREL, he served as General Manager of Steel.s Poland, as well as holding senior management roles at Colorobbia Polska for over ten years. His experience combines strong industrial management expertise with an earlier career in the banking sector.

Catani’s appointment is part of the CAREL Group’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Polish market and further consolidate its local organisational structure in order to support future growth opportunities and challenges.
