Gabriele Bramezza

After graduating in Electronic Engineering at the University of Padova, he worked for many years at a German multinational, dealing with ICT projects.

In 2004 he joined the international team that aims to define the application of Lean and improvements at a Group level, and in 2010 was selected for a three-year International Management Master’s course in Germany.

He joined Carel in 2014, dealing with Lean and process improvement and focusing mainly on Sales & Marketing and Innovation.

He has represented the company as a speaker and area reference for Lean at various association and university meetings and conferences.

Since 2018 he has been Process Development Manager in the Sales & Marketing area, with the objective of designing and structuring sales processes at a Group level.
