Together in Izmir to build the future of HVAC/R

On 21 and 22 April, in Izmir, Turkey, a conference will be held entitled “Strengthening HVAC-R in Europe: Building the Future Together 2017”, with the focus on future trends in industrial refrigeration. The aim of the event is to encourage cooperation between different regions, as well as to represent a stage where manufacturers and end users can discuss their own visions of the future face-to-face.

CAREL will be participating actively on the afternoon of the first day, with Marco Galluppi, HVAC Sales Manager - Turkey and West Asia Business Manager taking part in the session entitled “Industry / end user: future visions in cold chain”. 
“It is an honour for me to have been invited to take part in such an important session, both in terms of the topics discussed and the participants involved”, Galluppi commented. “I am certain that several significant ideas will come out of conference on how to build the future of the HVAC/R industry together”.

The conference is part of a broader project called “Adding Value To the Future”, funded by the Turkey & EU Civil Society Dialogue Programme IV and coordinated by the İzmir Development Agency. Also participating in the project are the Lamoro Development Agency and trade associations ATF from Italy and ESSİAD from Turkey. The event represents a model for creating a Europe-wide discussion between society, industry, academia and businesses.
