Professional humidification at a click, the CAREL Fast service

CAREL Fast, the service for rapid delivery of products in store, has now officially been introduced. In the same way as an e-commerce site, CAREL Fast exploits an international logistics centre to coordinate and manage deliveries. Following confirmation of the order, goods are guaranteed to be delivered in 24 hours. Customers can moreover monitor deliveries in real time using a simple tracking number. The service is active for all European and Middle East countries.

"Feedback from our customers has shown how product availability is a source of value. With CAREL Fast, we can supply professional humidifiers with the same times and methods as consumer models. A major benefit for managers of hotels, steam baths and gyms, but also for installers and maintenance personnel, for example, who may need to receive a new humidifier or spare part in record time".

In line with the typical CAREL approach of being physically as close as possible to customers, with CAREL Fast the products are already on the way to the customer. The choice to utilise an external logistics service for managing deliveries offers the added advantage of being able to rely on the professionalism of experts in the sector, improving customer service. Via a simple interface, with the assistance of CAREL personnel, customers can identify the required products and accessories, display costs and part numbers. The parts are then selected, after which the order is confirmed or can be edited. Following confirmation, the shipment process commences, with delivery in less than 24 hours.
