CAREL at Febrava, the latest news in the HVAC/R industry in Latin America

The nineteenth Febrava exhibition, which came to a close on 25 September in São Paulo, Brazil, was an opportunity to showcase the latest news in the HVAC/R industry. Febrava is an unmissable event, an opportunity to share experiences, analyse market trends and exhibit new products. During the event, the industry's national and international players attending the exhibition also have the chance to hold meetings and discuss the latest topics. 

Confirming its place as a leading event in South America, the exhibition recorded excellent results in terms of both attendance and contacts. Highlighted at the show was the much-awaited Heos, CAREL's new system for commercial refrigeration. Featuring very high performance in terms of energy efficiency, Heos can ensure energy savings of up to 25% compared to traditional systems, allows a an 80% reduction in refrigerant charge and reduces refrigerant leaks by 96%.

Also on show was our complete solution for C-Stores, offering integrated management of refrigeration, air-conditioning, lights and energy, guaranteeing considerable cost savings through system optimisation, and providing preventive maintenance tools that increase the service level offered to the end customer'.

Also well appreciated at the stand was EVD ICE, a system that will help spread the use of electronic expansion valves on the Brazilian market, where until now the focus has been more on upfront investment costs than energy saving.
