Objective

The retrofit of an existing system is performed for the purpose of implementing continuous and detailed monitoring in compliance with the HACCP regulations, considering the following factors:
• control the temperature of the refrigeration utilities already operating using a low impact solution, without having to replace of the electronics installed on the utilities;
• limit the amount of wiring required, exploiting the advantages of wireless technology, thus also significantly reducing the installation costs;
• simplify the data recording procedures;
• record and monitor the data relating to the installation;
• prevent and/or identify possible critical events and automatically warn the installation supervisor by email, SMS or fax, for the implementation of corrective actions;
• process automatic reports, tables and graphs of the logged data from the installation, to be stored and filed in compliance with the HACCP regulations, reducing the time needed to complete the required forms;
• offer the possibility to monitor the installation from a remote location;
• source all the components from one single supplier.

Globally, the installation is low impact (limited wiring, exploiting wireless technology, while retaining the controller already used on the refrigeration utilities).
