In the food industry, refrigeration is one of the more delicate and complex applications, as the food requires treatment at different temperatures according to the phase of processing.
Refrigeration slows down the proliferation of bacteria in food: the technique used in practice is based on the extremely rapid and intense action of the cooling effect, which allows the organoleptic properties of the food to be preserved intact, thus extending the conservation time. The systems designed and installed for both industrial and retail applications are based on standard procedures and techniques. The refrigeration system is just part of a more complex installation that allows the evaporator to define the ideal level of heat exchange and consequently the ideal storage of the food.
Intelligent!	It represents the complete electronic solution for static or ventilated single-phase/three-phase cold rooms. It directly manages single-phase units with compressors up to 2 Hp. Thanks to its high capacity relays, it can also control the other actuators: the evaporator fans, defrost, the lights and the alarm relay.
Simple to install!	The high index of protection - IP65 - allows the installation in particularly damp or humid rooms. The case can be installed directly on the wall at the front of the cold room.
Safe!	It is guaranteed by the CAREL’s design and production system, which ensures a high standard of reliability and quality.
Simple to set!	The operating parameters can be programmed either using the keypad or the remote control. When the door is opened the compressor and the evaporator fans are stopped, the temperature alarms are delayed and the light is switched on.
